Welcome to Deor Infotech! These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our services, including Digital Marketing, Software Development, Website Development, and Business Solutions.

By accessing or using our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement.

Deor Infotech offers a comprehensive range of services:

• Digital Marketing (SEO, PPC, Social Media, etc.)
• Website Development (Custom sites, E-Commerce, CMS)
• Software Development (Mobile apps, Enterprise solutions)
• Business Solutions (IT Consulting, CRM, ERP)

Order Process: Via website, email, or Deor Infotech representative.

Payment Terms: 50% advance. Balance on milestones/deliverables. Razorpay, UPI, and bank transfers accepted.

Pricing & Changes: Proposals valid for 15 days. Scope changes require mutual agreement.

• Provide timely information and approvals.
• Ensure access to necessary systems/personnel.
• Review deliverables and give feedback promptly.

Timelines are project-specific. Client delays may impact schedules.

• Deor Infotech does not offer any physical shipping or delivery services.
• Digital deliverables are provided via email/cloud platforms.
• Minimum delivery time: 7 business days.
• Maximum delivery time: 90 business days or as per the timeline given (for large/custom projects).
• Web Application Delivery: Fully developed and ready for use by 17th March 2024.

Ownership transfers upon full payment. Third-party licenses apply separately.

Both parties must maintain confidentiality unless required by law.

• No guarantees for marketing results.
• Bug fixes free for 30 days post-deployment.

Deor Infotech’s liability is limited to the total fees paid by the client.

Available under separate agreements or retainers.

30 days written notice. No refunds on delivered services.

Binding arbitration in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

Subject to Maharashtra, India jurisdiction.

Terms can be updated at any time. Effective upon posting.
