At Deor Infotech, we strive to deliver a seamless and professional service experience. Our refund policy is designed to offer fair resolutions while maintaining transparency and ensuring operational integrity across all our services, including Digital Marketing, Website Development, Software Development, and Business Solutions.

1 Eligibility for Refunds
  • A formal review and investigation by our team confirms and approves the refund request.
  • The refund request is submitted within 2 days from the date of project/service delivery or completion.
  • The service was not delivered as per the agreed scope of work due to an error or issue on Deor Infotech’s part.
  • Cases of duplicate, failed, or incorrect payments caused by a system or processing error.
2 Refund Process
  • Once a refund is approved, the amount will be credited to the client’s original payment method within 7 working days.
  • Clients will receive a notification via email confirming the refund process and status.
  • Refunds will only be issued through the payment channel originally used during the transaction (Razorpay, UPI, Bank Transfer, etc.).
3 Liability on Delivered Services
  • Services must be utilized in accordance with the agreed project scope and terms of service.
  • Any third-party tools or platforms integrated with our services (e.g., hosting providers, plugins) will be governed by their respective warranties and liabilities.
  • Deor Infotech is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from misuse, unauthorized modifications, or failure to follow proper usage guidelines after service delivery.
4 Non-Refundable Cases
  • Incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information provided by the client.
  • Delays or failures caused by client inaction, lack of communication, or delays in providing required materials/information.
  • Any circumstances beyond Deor Infotech’s control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or force majeure events.
  • If the client has approved and accepted the final deliverables in writing or through official communication.
  • Digital Marketing Campaigns where services have already been executed (e.g., ads published, SEO implemented).
  • Custom software or website development projects that have been delivered, deployed, or made live, unless they are in violation of the agreed scope.
